The vibrant and cultural history of the Bewley Building is being continued with the development of 100 apartments and street front commercial spaces. The century old building is built on the foundations of the Hodge Opera House centrally located in the heart of downtown Lockport. The historic facade will be maintained and the historic interior elements will be refurbished and incorporated into apartments featuring modern living in a historic setting.
